Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
We offer standard UK delivery via Royal Mail or courier services.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.
International Delivery
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Returns (Physical Products)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Perishable goods, personalised items, and digital products are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us at Alice@gillmeller.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Digital Products & Memberships
Our Membership is a digital subscription service.
Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, all membership fees are non-refundable.
By purchasing the membership, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to digital materials and therefore waive your right to a refund under UK consumer law, except where the content is proven faulty or inaccessible.
Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Gillon Recipe Membership at any time. When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Cancellation does not provide a refund for any membership fees already paid.

After cancellation, you will lose access to all member-only recipes, content, and features once the current billing cycle ends.
To cancel your membership go to your account, click on ‘manage membership’ where you can choose to cancel or pause your membership.
